YAC's mission is to lead change in the greater Cleveland area by providing equitable access to safe housing, financial literacy, and career coaching for young adults, ages 18-24, who have aged out of / emancipated from the foster care system.

Young Adult Connection is made up of dedicated professionals and volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in our community. We work tirelessly to ensure that our programs and services are preparing young people, who have aged out of the foster care system, for brighter futures.
FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN
Operation Safe at Home
The Operation Safe at Home campaign raises funds for the following Q1 2025 initiatives:
- Clean and renovate 2 apartment units that are in current condemned state.
- Create 20 Home Starter Kits
- Host 2 Skilled Trade Fairs
